CATERING PACKAGES
Mexican 2 Meat Catering Feast -$15 per person
Choice of 2 meats (charbroiled chicken, carne asada; spit-grilled pastor, chorizo, carnitas, birria, *shrimp, *fish). Includes rice, beans, Caesar salad, and corn tortillas.
*Additional $2 for shrimp or fish.
Mexican 3 Meat Catering Feast -$18 per person
Choice of 3 meats (charbroiled chicken, carne asada; spit-grilled pastor, chorizo, carnitas, birria, *shrimp, *fish). Includes rice, beans, Caesar salad, and corn tortillas.
*Additional $2 for shrimp or fish.
Refreshing Fruit Drinks (serves 30) $60
We have a large selection of agua frescos to choose from. We invite you to try them all. Choose from pineapple, horchata, watermelon, cantaloupe, blueberry mojito and much more.
Taco Catering Bar (serves 10) $110
Includes your choice of two proteins (chicken, carne asada, al pastor, carnitas, or birria), salsa, lemon, onions, cilantro and 3 corn tortillas.

Fajita Catering Bar (serves 10) $160
Charbroiled chicken or carne asada and served with Mexican rice, beans, corn tortillas, green and red salsa.
*($2 more for shrimp fajita)
Burrito Feast (serves 10) $120
Choice of two proteins (chicken, carne asada, al pastor, carnitas or birria). Burritos include Mexican rice, beans, onions and cilantro wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Slow cooked, chili based beef stew stew made with adobo, garlic, cumin, bay leaves, and thyme.
Carne Asada Tray
A traditional Mexican dish composed of marinated skirt steak or flank steak that has been grilled and thinly sliced
Charbroiled Chicken Tray
Charbroiling is usually done on a grill for that smoky, slightly burnt flavor
Chile Verde Tray
Authentic Mexican pork chile verde! Chunks of pork shoulder slow cooked in a roasted tomatillo and jalapeno chile verde sauce.
Carnitas Tray
A flavorful dish made from pork (usually front sections or pork shoulder) that is braised, roasted, or slow-cooked in its own fat for a long time until fully tender and succulent.
Pastor Tray
Juicy, flame grilled pork marinated in an aromatic, traditional adobo.
Mexican Rice Tray
A Mexican side dish made from white rice, tomato, garlic, onion, and perhaps other ingredients.
Beans Tray
Whole beans slow-cooked with onion, garlic, and spices
Pico de Gallo Tray
A Mexican dip/sauce with five main ingredients: onion, cilantro, red tomatoes, peppers (jalapeno or serrano), and lime. The dish is very versatile, as you can eat it with chips as a dip or serve it on top of the chicken, tacos, fish, pork, or burritos.
Guacamole Tray
It is made with mashed avocado, jalapenos, tomatoes and lime juice, then seasoned with salt and cilantro
Churro Tray
Mexican pastry resembling a doughnut made from deep-fried dough and sprinkled with sugar.
